As founder for MLF Move for life I have seen one truth that has stayed with me and that is our bodies are capable of far more than we realise. Here at Move for Life we focus on the connection between strength, mind-body awareness and self-trust. When we train our brain alongside our body, everything changes – posture, performance, even how we feel in everyday life.
